Local Demand Response (LDR) is a GrandBridge Energy Non-Wires Alternatives (NWA) program aimed at leveraging Demand Response (DR), including behind-the-meter Distributed Energy Resources (DERs), to address short-term station grid capacity constraints. All applicable sections must be completed.

This registration form enables participants to sign up for the 2026 LDR Capacity Offer process. Please review and complete this form, which will ask for the following information:

• Participant information (i.e. business/organization name, contact address, service address, account number etc.)
• DR resource information, including:
  • Number of contributors (if more than one contributor, the DR resource will be considered an aggregated DR resource)
  • Address(es) (provide address for each contributor)
  • DR resource type(s) (provide resource type (e.g. behind-the-meter generation, behind-the-meter battery, load curtailment, etc.) for each contributor)

GrandBridge Energy will review this information and inform participants of their eligibility within 5 business days. All eligible parties will be invited to submit a Capacity Offer on [date].
